At Bandou®, we stand behind the quality of our electronics and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your device isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the electronic items you wish to return.
Prepare the Device
Ensure the device is powered off, restored to factory settings, and securely packed in its original Bandou® packaging with all included cables and accessories.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; our technicians will process your refund once the hardware passes quality inspection.
